  • Virtual Terminal
    RMGC/ARMGC, Reach Stacker and Yard Trucks are one of many currently operated equipments. By integrating different equipment signals on server, Virtual Terminal displays real-time 2D & 3D graphic of entire terminal operation. CCTV monitoring is limited to its camera angle and confined to stationary surveillance. Eagle Eye solves this by fitting terminal equipments with devices that enables visualization on screen. Provided with overall view of the entire terminal operation, Virtual Terminal enables inspection of bottleneck elements and guide work process to where it is needed.
  • Automatic Position Tracking
    General positioning systems produce dead signal zones due to large structures such as ships or cranes. By enhancing DGPS with INS technology, Eagle Eye accurately fixes on the location of equipment allowing real-time communication. We pinpoint each terminal equipment through unique DGPS/INS position tracking technology that allows accurate real-time broadcasting. Relevant tracking data is then relayed to Virtual Terminal and TOS where job sequences and overall workflow is managed.
  • Alert & Warning
    Eagle Eye manages equipment speed, estimated arrival time and workload by alerting operators to terminal assets that are behind schedule. This feature helps terminals to promptly respond to unexpected situations with more flexibility and prevent bottleneck elements in advance. Terminal can now manage overall workload by organizing productivity in real-time to match productivity plans for each equipment. Virtual Terminal

Virtual terminal renders every meaningful activity that occurs in terminal operation and supports drill down monitoring from an overall terminal view to pin point close monitoring using LOD (Level of Detail) and POV (Point of View). Users, with the help of an alerting function, can save time and effort instead of solving their problems with CCTV. The enhanced version provides an operation replay function, which enables users to analyze terminal operation of specific vessels or for specific periods. The object of the Virtual Terminal includes, but is not limited to terminal layout, CHEs, containers, terminal assets of a specific building, and an oil station.


DGPS with INS Augmentation

This has been adopted and has gained popularity as a primary methodology for tracking and positioning equipment like RTG, STS, yard tractor, etc. However, as is well known, the DGPS is neither accurate nor reliable enough to be accepted as a sole means of navigation in container terminals due to the satellite signal blocking and reflection (multi-path) and as an unreliable quick recovery solution if the problems occur.

CyberLogitec uses the Inertial Navigation System (INS) as an augmentation solution of DGPS. INS is a navigation aid that uses a computer, motion sensors and rotation sensors, etc to continuously calculate via dead reckoning the position, orientation, direction and velocity of a moving object without the need of external references.

PDS (Position Determination System)

This refers to the system that automatically captures and analyzes the location, movement of containers during handling by the CHEs in a container terminal. CyberLogitec uses the advanced engineering technology of CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) and HIL (Hardware in the Loop) to avoid a time consuming process and to ensure rapid development and first rate quality of the solution.
